"Hotel location is good, beach is good, pool and gym are good. Just in time for the hotel promotion, I gave a dinner voucher for two people a day, you can choose buffet or order, the buffet is about 30 US dollars / person, very rich. A $ 500 hotel voucher was also given, including two ferry tickets to and from Ladies Island. There are large supermarkets and various restaurants nearby. Very satisfied."
"I use it alone. With convenient access to the city, you can enjoy it till the night. In addition, the sea is right in front of the hotel with the most beautiful scenery. There are also Japanese staff, so you can spend some inconvenience abroad. I want to use it when I go to Cancun."
"The hotel order room service is good, the hotel location is also very good, facing the sea, just a little more seaweed. Bathing facilities are a bit dated. Didn't try the restaurant in the hotel, I don't think there are too many kinds."

"We first visited in 2019, and having never been to Cancun, we only went for 3 nights. Our post-Covid return was for 5 nights, and next year we will go for 7 nights! It is that special. Was everything 100% perfect? No, but the effort is certainly being made to get there. The ”welcome home” the moment you step out of your car is so lovely. All of the staff are so warm and welcoming and if anyone is just saying ”it's a pleasure”, they are very good actors, because it seems like they mean it. We did not get any sales pitch or invitation to the membership meeting...not sure why, except we were two women traveling together and not a male-female couple? My friend was glad, but I would have entertained the idea of becoming a member since I plan to visit every year. I decided not to seek them out, but they never came to me to ask if I was interested. Our butlers, Francisco and Antonio; what can I say? They were fabuloso! So warm and funny and on top of everything. Antonio even found us by the pool one afternoon to check in with us about our needs for the evening. They were impressive. I plan to request their floor next time, although I'm sure all of the butlers are very good. Terraza was our breakfast spot each morning, and how wonderful to be greeted by the team there every day -- Carlos, Rubicel and Lizandro were so sweet and gentlemanly, and served our food and drinks with great care and flourish. They were always on hand when our glasses were getting low or to ask if we wanted anything else to eat or ready for more coffee. The crowning touch there though was the lovely Mariana! What a treat to see her each day with her radiant smile. She had Chef Irving and his assistant Moises grill up a special luncheon for us one day and it was delicious. Next visit we will try some dinners there. The grilled steak there was much better than the Blanc Steakhouse (I do not recommend the Steakhouse at all). Lumiere was so good we ate there twice. Dahlia, Nuxheilly, and Edgar took care of greeting and seating us, and Edgar was around to ensure our wine was refilled and that all was going well. The true gem of Lumiere though is Carlos! He was our waiter in 2019 for two dinners at Lumiere, and we were thrilled to see him again. He has such an extensive knowledge of the menu, the food preparation techniques and the ingredients. He also recommended a great wine to pair with our meal. He even brought the chef out to say hello to us and it was wonderful to be able to thank him for the amazing meal we had. He (the chef, not Carlos, lol) even made a special extra course for us. It really is a fun and delicious dining experience. Bella was also wonderful. The food was amazing and Geronimo and his assistant Antonio took very good care of us. We also had a great wine with that meal. Yama was fine, nothing special for us, but we are not big Japanese food fans. By far the best part of the meal was the sushi. It was very fresh and tasty. The "
"Hotel facilities, health, service and views are very good. There are three restaurants that require reservations. Among them, the French restaurant has Michelin standards, and the service staff are warm and professional. Butler service and room service also allow guests to lie flat in the room."

"The restaurants are not bad, but most of the juices feel that they are mixed with rotten fruits, and the taste is a bit strange, so choose carefully. The housekeeper is very good, just whatsapp if you need anything. On the day I arrive, I will send a bottle of wine, and the butler will send another bottle of champagne on the last night 🍾️ The water in the pool is warm, the only activity on rainy days, you can also soak in the hot tub next to it, which is very comfortable. The temperature of the room is really cold, and the highest setting is still very cold. Generally, I don't want to stay in the room. It will be very humid when the room is closed. In general, except for the room air conditioner, everything else is highly recommended"
"The hotel is very nice. The reddest hotel in Cancun, the location is excellent, the view is amazing, there are lizards and dolphins on the lawn in the yard, the food is also good, local Mexican food, American fast food, Italian food, Asian food, French food need to enter in formal clothes. Attentive service, suitable for all ages, even better for couples. Of course, prices are not low during Holy Week. All in all, it's worth checking out."
"Beautiful Caribbean Sea scenery, different customs and customs! All-inclusive service worth experiencing, the hotel is in a great location! The products produced by various restaurants are acceptable, that is, the Japanese food is very general, and the French and Italian food are acceptable! For Guangzhou people, it still feels a little bit worse."

"The self-service hall is good early morning, because it is an all-inclusive hotel for adults, and children cannot bring it. There is a parking lot, located in the hotel zone. Those who do n’t like the sea in the city center should like it. You can sit on the sun terrace and watch the sea. Buy tickets for some sea sports, such as para sail. This is a five-star hotel. The waiters are very professional, courteous, warm, and thoughtful. The hotel also has a lot of activities, which is great. If you want to relax yourself wholeheartedly, this is really the first choice."
"Nice hotel, beautiful Caribbean Sea! Add a lot of color to the Spring Festival holiday. It is especially comfortable to step on the beach every day in the sun. The hotel's all-inclusive price is different. Each restaurant has different characteristics, and all three meals are included. The taste is OK. The hotel staff was very helpful and helped book the car and some water activities. Hotel rooms are relatively old equipment, sea views look good."
"I chose this hotel for my honeymoon and tried it. I feel that the environment is good, the beach is super good, because the meals and drinks are all-inclusive, they can not compare with the taste and service of other five star hotels"

Beach Palace Resort All Inclusive

"It is actually hard to put into words what a wonderful vacation we had at Beach Palace. It was not our first time (our 4th!) and will not be our last. Anyone who has been here repeatedly already knows what I'm talking about so I am going to try and include things that others - who are considering Beach Palace for the first time - would want to know and consider. The resort is beautifully compact - meaning it is easy to get anywhere in the resort without having to trek very far. You can so quickly run up to the room, or to the buffet, or to the just feels super convenient and one of the reasons we first chose this resort. The resort even when full, does not feel like you are tripping over other guests at the pool, at the buffet, at the restaurants. I'm not sure how they manage this but it's very nice to feel there is enough space for all of us to enjoy. The food. Wow. We loved everything we ate and they were super accommodating with my picky son. Delicious food, wonderful variety, served with such a smile every time. We did Italian 3 times it was so good and the Pad Thai I had at Wok was so flavorful (in my top 3, and I have eaten a LOT of pad thai). My blue cheese burger...I could go on and on. The service. It was just so consistently standout. It's not 'this server was great' or 'that bartender is really nice' is everyone. Whether we were seeing those we recognized (Ernesto!) or meeting staff for the first time (Benjamin!)...we were made to feel that our experience was important at every turn. I commend the leadership at Beach Palace for this - working in HR I notice stuff like this :) And when the leadership is strong, it cascades down to every team member and that is what has certainly been achieved at Beach Palace. Even though I could list everyone, here are a few names to get specific about the staff. In the buffet: Ernesto, Benjamin and Epiphaio. At the pool bar, always with a smile in the extreme heat: Alfredo, Roger and Filberto. Gabriel at the steak house! And Paul, Gory and Emi in entertainment, as well as Luis (fitness). Thank you for everything you do! You all made our vacation so special and we are so grateful! Mark and Elizabeth, thank you for your warmth and your great communication with us. Your surprise on my birthday was so unexpected, and touched me deeply. Your leadership is impressive and we appreciate the oasis you have created that we get to enjoy. There is something truly special about Beach Palace and our family will carry these memories forever. It is 1000 different stories and details, impossible to list them all. Just know that you have our hearts, our gratitude, and that we cannot wait to come back!! The Ventrella Family"
"Beach Palace is a great smaller family resort situated on a beautiful sandy beach. Eveything is within walking distance. Dining is excellent and available 24/7. Our favorite was the Italian-lamb shanks and truffle risotto. Lunch time we would grab a burger, chicken fingers or tacos. We never ate at the buffet. Top shelf alcohol at the bars and in-room. Try the Cadillac Margarita, Exotic Sake and Passionfruit Mojito. Fast room service and strong wifi throughout the resort. There are multiple fun daily activities that you can partake ranging from Aqua Yoga with Luis to pool side black jack with Paul. Nightly shows were good-magic show, Michael Jackson, comedian, and circus were highlights. We went during low season to avoid the crowds and the line ups. We did not go to the timeshare meeting or visit the other Palace resorts. We were happy to stay at the Beach. We felt safe the entire time. Our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens enjoyed our stay and would go back again if the price is right. Bring SPF50 + sunscreen. You'll need it. We underestimated the heat in August. It's very expensive to buy locally. CONS: Our only problem was with the return hotel transfer back to the airport with BD Experience from Costco Travel. Cancun airport is 25 min away. It's ridiculous that they want to pick you up 6 hours before your flight! We opted instead to take a taxi for $35US. The hotel downside is the elevators and ensuing wait times. It is an older aging property but it is well maintained. Double beds are small for a couple to sleep on. You can request a rollaway bed for additional space if you have kids. We had the Lagoon view on the 4th floor. It was nice except for the smells of the restaurants wafting up. Couldn't really enjoy the balcony. Room service took forever to clean our rooms. I think they give priority to Ocean view rooms first."
"Mixed feelings. Modern city style hotel, wouldn't really call it resort. Crowded, small lobby. Moving around the building is somewhat difficult as stairways are closed, elevators get packed up and take long time. Generally not much to do here but to sit in the pool or in the bar. Nice large rooms, great room service. Good tv channel lineup. Above average quality drinks and food. Outstanding desserts. Food selection at buffet varies and on some days may be disappointing as basics like fruits and vegetables can be missing. Beach gets ”closed” at 6 p.m., water slide and main pool bar even earlier. It is ridiculous that hotel staff try to kick everyone out of the ocean at 6p.m. Not all people listen (and rightfully so). Entertainment is somewhat lacking comparing to other Riviera Maya resorts. Overall a good place, but a bit boring and overpriced."

"Nizuk Resort Hotel is a favorite hotel for many Hollywood stars because the privacy of the entire hotel is very good. The service is also very good. The room is going to the restaurant. There are golf carts on the beach. You go to the spa. It is also very good. Private beaches. All restaurants have a great environment. There are lizards to accompany you to eat. You can see the small fish water sports are free of charge. You can also prepare a straw bag for you to use on the beach. You don’t want to go out."
"The rooms are large and the roof is very high. The hotel room order is very good, but the Chinese restaurant in the hotel is averageThe hotel has an infinity pool right next to the beach and a barThe hotel spa is really comfortable and the massage is refreshingKinda worth the price"
"The enjoyment of the emperor level Go to the hotel that must go to Mexico. The price is fair. The environment does not need to say more. Cancun looks good and delicious. There are 100 points recommended here."
